In the event of a program change or cancellation, Minnesota Premier Tennis will make every effort to notify families immediately and will offer the option of transferring enrollment to another week of camp or receiving a full refund. No refund is granted for a cancellation of a single class or session due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather. No refunds or credits will be issued in the case of dismissal from camp session due to student conduct.
  • What is your weather cancellation policy?
If it rains prior to the start of camp hours and the weather is projected to continue, then the camp may be canceled for the day as a safety precaution for our campers and staff. We will send an email notification as soon as possible, but not later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of the camp. If camp is canceled due to weather, the missed day of camp will be credited and your child will have the ability to attend the missed day of camp as a result of the weather during another week of camp. There will be no refunds for weather cancellations. If the camp start time needs to be delayed due to weather, then you will be notified by 7:00 a.m. on the morning of camp and we will provide a late start time for drop-off. If it rains during the day after camp has already started, we will seek shelter with your camper in a covered area. We will keep your camper for the duration of the camp day and pick-up will occur as normally scheduled. If the air temperature is 100 degrees or higher, camp may be canceled for the day at the sole discretion of Minnesota Premier Tennis. If the camp is canceled because of the heat, the missed day of camp will be credited and your child will have the ability to attend the missed day of camp as a result of the heat during another week of camp.
